Refund Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to SidianRDP license purchases and optional updates renewals paid through Stripe on this site, operated by Sidian Web Studio LLC.
2. Trial first
A free trial is available so you can evaluate the Software before purchase. Please use the trial to confirm compatibility with your setup.
3. No refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for license purchases or updates renewals, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
4. How refunds interact with licenses
If a payment is refunded or successfully disputed/charged back through Stripe (for example via your card issuer), we may revoke the related license so the Software can no longer accept connections under that key.

Billing questions: use your account portal or email support@sidianwebstudio.com. Include your account email and approximate purchase date.
